We had our roof redone by Bullard Exteriors back in November, and they did a wonderful job from start to finish. No issues at all with the roof since the job was completed four months ago, and I haven't found a single nail in the yard (which is amazing). Devon's communication with us through the whole process was perfect- he answered all our questions and partnered with a public adjuster to handle the insurance side of things. Bullard replaced the corner boards on my chimney with composite and repainted the whole chimney. They paint matched the paint and you can't tell a difference. Devon, the owner, is very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He did not push unnecessary repairs and gave honest advice. Do not hesitate to call them.

I spoke with the main office person who was warm and courteous.  She was able to arrange for roof evaluation the following day. The technician arrived promptly and after examining the roof , he consulted his boss. He fixed the loose shingles for free. I am impressed and will be a customer for life. Due to the recent heavy winds, one of our front shutters was shaken loose. Through a referral in our neighborhood I contacted Bullard Exteriors who responded the same day to schedule time to fix the issue. Within about a day after contact Robby and Nelly promptly showed up and quickly fixed the issue. I’ll definitely be referring them and utilizing their service in the future. Mark worked with us from the beginning, assessing and marking all the damage our original roof had sustained. He was on site  to meet with our insurance adjuster and facilitated the claims process.  The crew was very professional as well; they were on time and completed our roof in a day, making sure the site was left void of any debris. They worked directly with State Farm to get items covered. There attention to detail was great. Grant was the salesperson but he was with us from start to finish. Shane Smith, the company rep for Bullard was quite knowledgeable about the products and roofing. He went on the roof to inspect and get a hands on view of what was really going on with it. He made some suggestions about various products and never used high pressure tactics. He was very friendly and professional. The crew doing the work got here a little earlier than projected and went to work immediately ripping off the old roof. When the new shingles arrived the work continued only stopping for lunch, which only lasted a half hour. They were neat, courteous, fast and efficient. We were very happy with the selection, the rep, and the crew. They constantly cleaned up so it didn't take long to leave once the work was completed. They constantly looked for nails also, which we were very glad of. I would suggest Bullard Exteriors to anyone.

He was extremely professional, and always kept me in the loop. With these findings, I started a claim with my insurance and everything went well, at the meeting with the adjuster, where Bryan was also present. The whole team which includes Nelly, were simply amazing and took care of me from planning to the install day, and even post-install, that included some minor paint touch-ups to my exterior. We had a great experience using Bullard exteriors. Devon and team was professional, responsive, easy to work with. Provided exceptional service and made sure we were always satisfied. Nilda is such a great addition to the team... provided clear communication between the office and us and was always kind and caring, making sure that all of our needs were met. Bullard Exteriors is the best! Had a huge branch fall on my house and he had it fixed within a few days. Charged me a fair amount and was always very polite and professional. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Devon is the best! Also would recommend these guys for pressure washing. They do my house and driveway every year!!!! Thanks guys

This is my 3rd time in owning a house dealing with a roofing company. By far Devon is the most responsive, professional and thorough contractor I have worked with by far! He has lots of knowledge and is very patient with answering questions from a frantic girl that just discovered a leak in her roof. Bullard did a great job doing a full replacement of our gutters. They were extra diligent to make sure the pitch was ideal for water flow, the color matched, and any trouble spots were given extra attention. Caleb really took care of us and he was very responsive and clear in expectations. The process was extremely professional and felt high touch, but still like they cared. Had a couple big name companies come out and I felt like just another potential order number to them, but Caleb made sure we knew they were going to do everything needed to make it a great experience.

We recently needed our roof repaired after a tree fell.  We were really worried about getting it fixed quickly because of all the rain that was forecast and the area was totally open to the elements.  Caleb and Devon came out and figured out a way to tarp the area to keep our home dry until their schedule opened up for the repair. They were GREAT!  Our roof is now fixed and our home didn’t suffer any water damage thanks to their concern and responsiveness.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing home repairs.

I was extremely impressed with the way Devon and the entire Bullard Exterior Team handled the repairs to my roof. I had tried several other roofing companies but they either didn't show up or didn't give me an estimate. I was extremely happy with Bullard Exteriors. They came out and inspected my roof and found storm damage. We filed a claim and the insurance company tried to deny it. Devon worked with them and was able to get the roof approved for full replacement! I definitely recommend them!

Devon, the owner of Bullard Exteriors was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions regarding the replacement. Devon is a great guy to work with. He went above and beyond to help us replace our whole roof. He even helped call our home owners insurance since they were taking way too long to completely file our claim since our roof was leaking. Devon is also able to show us complete aerial views of our roof even while his employees are working on the roof, to make sure no areas were missed. I have worked with many contractors before and have had many unfortunate incidents due to careless errors on their part, where I was charged extra since custom builds are not refundable. Devon's company and crew did a great job and were willing to take responsibilities for any issues they may have caused. I highly recommend this company.

To summarize my experience briefly, the insurance adjuster was about to deny my claim until Mr. Bullard arrived and re-inspected the roof with the adjuster. Subsequently, my claim was approved, check was received, and the roof replacement was done in a timely manner. I received aerial pictures taken from a drone and the workmanship was phenomenal.  If you have roof damage, don't look any further than Bullard Exteriors..

I had a major roof leak on a weekend and Bullard Exteriors was the only number I called that I actually got to talk to a live person. Not only did someone answer the phone, it was the owner of the company himself. Devin was at my house first thing on Monday finding where the leak was coming from and made it a point to correct the problem before the next rain came. Devon did an amazing job at a reasonable price. He fixed my leaking roof in a very timely manner and was very professional doing so. When you call Devon you will get a person treating your home the way he would treat his. I definitely recommend Bullard Exteriors and will be using them for all my outdoor needs.

The repair itself was excellently done and they even took the extra step of making the necessary tweaks to help prevent future damage.
